As long time appreciators of European, and more specifically modern Scandinavian form and function, admiration took shape into this beautiful 3 acre estate. The Riverside, Iowa project became an odyssey in experimentation, pushing the boundaries of typical residential design. Initially completed and then sold in 2021, we were approached again by the homeowners in 2024 to enclose the breezeway to make a hybrid four seasons room. After careful consideration of aesthetic impact and the clients stated goals, a redesign was formed and executed, and we are thrilled with the final product, as was our customer.
