This client in Iowa City reached out for a simple repair and re-stain of the siding on his mid-century home. In the course of the project, serious water damage was discovered. It was determined that a cantilevered section of the home was falling off and needed structural repair before things got much worse. Working closely with an engineering firm, an appropriate structural and aesthetic plan for repair was determined and carried out, much to the satisfaction of our client. Being so pleased with the work completed, he asked us to additionally install a wall of aluminum floor to ceiling windows in his master bedroom.
